Instructions
1. Rub food back and forth or in a circle over the rough ridges to create puree or crumbles.
2. Leave pureed food in dish and create your own dipping sauce for immediate use.

1. Puree one or two pieces of garlic with your ceramic grater.
2. Pour olive oil into your ceramic grater. Add balsamic vinegar to the olive oil as a variation
3. Sprinkle Italian herbs to taste.
